Peyton, a seasoned teaching assistant, honed his expertise by instructing physics labs and writing lab manuals at Clemson University. Armed with a Master’s degree in Physics, he channels his passion for leveraging technology to enhance lab operations, drawing from his recent TA experience to assist coordinators and large courses in optimizing lab efficiency.

Jordan is an experienced senior graduate teaching assistant who coordinated the organic chemistry teaching labs at Purdue. While there, Jordan implemented new teaching software for their lab courses and saw the positive learning impacts firsthand. She enjoys sharing her passion for teaching organic chemistry with both faculty and students.

Dante is a researcher, chemist, instructor, laboratory coordinator, and lead teaching assistant with extensive experience starting laboratories, working with analytical instruments, and teaching. His passions include achieving maximal student success outcomes and watching students strive as a result of his firsthand contributions.

Liz is a chemical educator who knows each program is unique and loves helping faculty reach their course goals. Because of her teaching experience at Penn State University (especially in her role as the general chemistry lab co-coordinator), she understands how online and in-person instruction can blend together to enhance student learning.
JIMMY WADMAN
Instructional Designer
Jimmy is an ed-tech specialist with experience in teaching, building courses, and integrating technology into labs and lectures. In addition to building biology labs for Catalyst, he leads Dell Medical School's chemistry outreach program, where he uses technology and innovative teaching methods to empower underserved student groups throughout Texas.
KIMBERLY MORGAN, PH.D
Instructional Designer
Kim is a chemical educator focused on the scientific reasoning and practical applications of chemistry. She instructed general chemistry lecture and lab at the University of Delaware. Passionate about the practice of teaching, Kim advised teaching assistants at the McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning at Princeton University.

Lexi has a background in biological sciences and spent several years teaching biology labs and conducting biology education research at the University of Washington. Prior to joining Catalyst, she supported biology and chemistry faculty and authored biology labs and assessments. She is passionate about using evidence-based teaching and learning methods to help faculty and students succeed.

Product Manager, Lab Manuals
Justin is a chemical educator with diverse experience working as a lab instructor and coordinator at TCU, HBCU, and other public and private institutions. His research has focused on how to use digital technology in the lab to create a more authentic learning experience and evaluate the design of digital resources for teaching.
MANDY DARK, M.S.
Lead Technical Designer
Mandy is passionate about enhancing the student experience when it comes to lab reports, from feedback and detailed solutions to visual data. Her past experience includes lab curriculum development, digital content authoring at Macmillan, and teaching Introductory Chemistry lecture and lab at Dallas College.
JENNIFER WHITE, PH. D.
Technical Designer, Biological Sciences
Jennifer has a background in animal and plant physiology, ecology, conservation science, and endocrinology, with extensive research in population genetics, wildlife physiology, and molecular ecology, particularly in large carnivores. Jennifer uses her teaching experience and expertise in active learning to design experiments and assessments in Labflow that enhance the student experience.

Data Scientist
Dane is a learning scientist, data scientist, and software developer. He is responsible for the end-to-end development and research of the Data Insights product within Labflow. His work regularly merges laboratory & design-based research, mixed methods UX research, and big data to derive product insights.
KELLY HENNESSEY PH.D.
Biology Lab Curriculum Program Manager
Kelly’s vast experience in scientific research and teaching is invaluable to our team. No stranger to the classroom, Kelly earned a B.S. in Biology, an M.A. in Teaching and Learning, an M.S. in Biology Teaching, and a Ph.D. in Molecular Cell Biology throughout her academic career. She also spent 17 years teaching at the high school level as well as eight years at the university level.
