At Catalyst, our commitment to accessibility is deeply personal and integral to our mission. Our founder and CEO was inspired by his mother, who, despite being almost entirely deaf, went back to college at 42 to earn her bachelor’s, then master’s, then PhD degrees. Her resilience and determination to overcome accessibility challenges have shaped our company’s core values. As a result, accessibility and compliance are not just requirements for us—they are key pillars of our product and company values. We strive to create solutions that empower all users, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

Both our Labflow and Spark platforms are audited bi-annually for accessibility by a 3rd party (ABLR). Our web content is evaluated against and remediated for the WCAG 2.1 AA standards, (that will be federally required in April of 2026)

Supported Technologies

We strive to be usable by all assistive technologies; however, for best results, we recommend using VoiceOver on the Safari browser for macOS users and NVDA on the Firefox browser for PC users.
